English translation for convenience; the Indonesian version at /terms is the binding original.
These terms govern the use of Hazel during its closed beta. By signing in and joining challenges, you accept them. Hazel is operated by HDRV Studio.
1. Closed-beta access
Hazel is currently invite-only. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked if these terms are violated. There is no open registration.
2. How challenges work
Every challenge is funded up front and open to any verified creator who meets the objective eligibility criteria written on that challenge. You submit a link to a public post. Hazel verifies ownership and performance, then maintains a provisional ranking that can change while the period runs.
After the period closes, Hazel deterministically locks the top five winners. Only those five receive prizes. The brand funding a challenge does not select participants and cannot change winners.
3. Beta without real money
During the closed beta, all prize values, balances, and payouts are simulated. No real money moves, there are no bank or e-wallet transfers, and no balance can be withdrawn. Any state shown as "paid" is a simulated state.
4. Your obligations
- Submit only posts you genuinely created and hold the rights to.
- Do not manipulate metrics — purchased views, fake accounts, or any automation voids your participation.
- One person, one account. Do not use anyone else's identity.
- Follow the terms of the social platform you post on.
- Never share your sign-in code, session token, or invite code.
5. Rights to your work
Your work remains yours. By joining a challenge you grant Hazel and the funding brand a limited licence to display the submission, only as written in that challenge's rights package. Every challenge shows the licence scope and duration before you join, and what you agreed to at joining is what binds.
6. Suspension
We may suspend access or void participation on indications of fraud, violation of these terms, or risk to other creators. You may appeal via hdrvstudio@gmail.com.
7. Service availability
Hazel is in beta and provided as is. The service may stop, change, or lose test data at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability during this stage.
8. Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced in advance and may require renewed consent. The version you accepted when joining continues to apply to challenges already in progress.
